It was hard to read the artist’s signature, but a reader supplied the name: Max Chiasson, an illustrator in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. His artwork is just that: art, which he calls “Pouncing Lion”. Someone else apparently added the text. Nope, I don’t know who.
